Single-use grout slurry grouting was conducted to strenthen south and north wing of broken rock and bottom rail tunnel in Jiulong mine. Through theoretical analysis and practical field applications, theories that a broken rock grouting to improve the integrity and stability of the body, effective reducing the roadway broken rock cave, spalling caused by security incidents and floor heave induced by floor were drew.Roadway experiment phenomenon engineering practice can effectively demonstrate grouting technique in deep roadways application value, which ensured the pedestrian roadway, transportation , mechanical, ventilation and other safety aspects.
