煤矿安全支撑体系的构建

摘要

为提高煤矿安全水平，针对煤矿事故发生的原因，基于轨迹交叉理论，构建了由技术装备系统、组织成员系统和管理制度系统组成的煤矿安全支撑体系及理论模型，具体分析了三系统各构成要素对安全生产的影响及其安全保障作用。结果表明，煤矿安全支撑体系三系统相互作用，只有相互依存、相互制约才能保障煤矿安全生产，为预防煤矿安全事故的发生提供了依据。

Abstract：

In order to improve the level of coal mine safety, for the cause of coal mine accidents, based on the trajectory cross theory, the technology and equipment system, members of the organization system and management system of coal mine safety support system and the theoretical model was built, factors of three systems were analyzed from influencing production safety and security in detail. The results showed that the interaction between three system of coal mine safety supporting system, only the interdependence, mutual restriction can ensure coal mine safety in production, the result provided the basis to prevent coal mine accident.
