Based on the component part of upper supporting roller sliding spring bracket production process design of DSJ100-80-160 belt conveyor, Xingtai Machinery Factory was taken as example, technology analysis and processing method were compared, stamping technology was settled in the end, punching compound die was designed and made. The practice showed that the technology could unit blanking and drawing molding, which simplified the technology and improved the production efficiency.
