三氯异氰尿酸和二氯异氰尿酸钠联产新工艺技术研究

摘要

三氯异氰尿酸（简称三氯）和氰尿酸三钠盐在一定条件下可以反应生成二氯异氰尿酸钠（简称二氯）。采用气氯直供生产消毒剂新技术解决了原二氯工艺生产产品质量差，氯化分离后的二氯异氰尿酸用碳酸钠或液碱中和、溶解、冷冻、结晶等多采用间歇作业的难题，可实现连续化作业，操作简便，生产安全可靠；二氯母液除直接返回配制三氯悬浮液外，剩余二氯母液送三氯装置氯化回收三氯，其产生的母液与三氯装置产生的三氯母液一起处理后送氯碱厂化盐使用，实现了废水的零排放。

Abstract：

Trichloro-isocyanuric acid (TCCA) and cyanuric acid trisodium salt could react to generate sodium dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC) under certain conditions.New disinfectant production technology using chlorine gas direct was used to solve the problems of the poor quality products in the original production process and more using intermittent operation of SDIC after chlorination-separation in the neutralizing with sodium carbonate or alkali liquor, and dissolving，freezing，crystallization. Results show that the continuous operation, simple operation, safe and reliable production can be achieved; in addition to direct returning to prepare the TCCA suspension, the SDIC mother liquor is also sended to chloride to recycle TCCA, the mother liquor in the production and the TCCA mother liquor after processing is sended to chloralkali plant to salify and use, thereby realizing the zero discharge of wastewater.
