Trichloro-isocyanuric acid (TCCA) and cyanuric acid trisodium salt could react to generate sodium dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC) under certain conditions.New disinfectant production technology using chlorine gas direct was used to solve the problems of the poor quality products in the original production process and more using intermittent operation of SDIC after chlorination-separation in the neutralizing with sodium carbonate or alkali liquor, and dissolving,freezing,crystallization. Results show that the continuous operation, simple operation, safe and reliable production can be achieved; in addition to direct returning to prepare the TCCA suspension, the SDIC mother liquor is also sended to chloride to recycle TCCA, the mother liquor in the production and the TCCA mother liquor after processing is sended to chloralkali plant to salify and use, thereby realizing the zero discharge of wastewater.
