临床研究中的胰岛素类药物进展

摘要

胰岛素在临床上主要用于依赖型糖尿病以及部分非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的治疗。近年来，随着糖尿病患者的增多和治疗方案的逐步成熟，胰岛素更广泛地用于糖尿病的治疗。目前全球在研的胰岛素类药物主要包括胰岛素类似物和胰岛素新剂型。通过检索和整理相关文献，系统地介绍了国外近3年处于不同临床阶段的胰岛素类药物，提出在研的胰岛素注射剂型新药主要为长效胰岛素制剂；非注射给药制剂几乎囊括所有非注射给药途径，包括口服给药、肺部给药、透皮给药等，非注射型胰岛素的开发被制药企业所追逐。

Abstract：

Insulin is mainly used in the clinical treatment of dependent diabetes mellitus as well as some non-insulin-dependent diabetes. In recent years, with the increase of diabetic patients and improvement of therapeutic regimen, the use of insulin for diabetes treatment becomes more widely. Currently, developing insulin drugs mainly include insulin analogues and their new formulations. By searching the relevant literature, investigational insulin drugs in different clinical stages in recent three years in abroad were introduced systematically. It was pointed out that developing insulin injection formulations mainly include long-acting insulin, while non-injection formulations include almost all non-injectable routes of administration, such as oral medication, pulmonary drug delivery, transdermal delivery etc.. Among which, the development of non-injection formulations was the continuous chasing target of many pharmaceutical enterprises.
