In view of the problem that the mine hoist is susceptible to abnormal working conditions such as tension imbalance, overload and canning during the operation of the mine hoist, resulting in abnormal changes in the tension of the wire rope and the lifting load, which threatens the safe operation of the system, the design and research of the intelligent monitoring system for the tension and lifting load of the mine hoist are carried out for the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of the lifting system. Under the premise of ignoring the influence of wire rope vibration and impact, the theoretical modeling and analysis of the quasi-static tension characteristics of the hoisting wire rope are carried out, and the key stress parameters are defined to provide the basis for the selection and parameter configuration of the tension sensor. A point-to-point wireless monitoring system with the following single-chip microcomputer and upper computer industrial computer as the core is constructed, and the hardware and software co-design is completed. The research results show that the system can realize the stable acquisition and real-time monitoring of hoist tension and load parameters. The field test data are in good agreement with the actual operating conditions, which has important engineering application value for improving the safety level of mine hoisting system.
