In this paper, No.9303 Face of Xipang Well of Dongpang Mine was taken as the research object, and the three-dimensional model was constructed by COMSOL Multiphysics software to analyze the diffusion law of slurry flow field in the floor aquifer reinforced by ground horizontal drilling hole grouting. The research showed that the slurry diffusion radius increased logarithmically with time, and the spacing of branch holes should not exceed 40 m under the grouting pressure of 8 MPa in No.9303 Face. The research results provided a theoretical basis for the advanced control of confined water disaster in coal mine floor.
