Experimental study on mineral powder based grouting material for water prevention and control

Abstract: In order to improve the grouting reinforcement effect of water prevention and control in coal mines, improve the performance of grouting materials, reduce the cost of grouting materials, and find a new way for the high-value comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste at the same time, through a large number of laboratory experiments, this paper finally determined to use granulated blast furnace slag as the main raw material, desulfurization gypsum, cement clinker and admixture as auxiliary materials, developed a slag-based grouting material. By cross-comparing with slag cement for grouting, the physical properties of slag-based grouting material in fluidity, relative viscosity, slurry sedimentation rate, solidification state and mechanical properties were analyzed. The study provided a theoretical basis for the application of slag-based grouting materials in water prevention and control projects.
