Abstract: Taking Gequan Mine as the research object, this paper expounded the technological structure of water stop casing and the causes of casing fracture accidents caused by grouting reinforcement drilling hole in the aquifer of lower coal seam floor mining under pressure in coal mine. Combined with the cases and control process of drilling hole casing accidents with different water outflow conditions and influence ranges, this paper discussed the application and feasibility of water control technology under three-diameter water stop casing, shallow hole grouting water control at the water outflow point around the borehole, silicate modified polyurethane material (chemical slurry) grouting water control technology, which provided technical experience for rapid and efficient casing fracture accident treatment and mine safety production.
