Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as leakage of high-pressure reactive water condenser caused by long-time operation in nitric acid production process of double pressure method, emergency interlock shutdown of nitric acid plant, serious corrosion of downstream equipment and circulating water pipe network caused by the leakage nitrogen oxide gas, and pollution environment caused by the leakage of nitrogen oxide gas, the corresponding treatment measures were put forward. Through analyzing the causes of leakage, the preventive measures such as reducing the amount of dilute acid, reforming the exhaust pipeline, regular cleaning, monitoring the quality of circulating water, upgrading the material of condenser and increasing distributor were further put forward, which effectively solved the problem of frequent leakage of high pressure reactive water condenser, and ensured the safe and stable operation of nitric acid unit.
