With the gradual development of social industry in China, the demand for industrial park construction is emerging day by day. The atmospheric environmental impact assessment is one of the important contents in the EIA of industrial park planning. In the specific environmental impact assessment, the assessment method should be scientifically selected to ensure the effectiveness of the environmental impact assessment. With the development of mesoscale atmospheric model, the new generation of mesoscale weather research and Forecast Model WRF has been widely used at home and abroad because of its open, transplantable and quick update. The WRF-CMAQ model can simulate the air pollutant and the main chemical components of PM2.5, and can reflect the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of PM2.5 and its components. The atmosphere of a planned environmental impact assessment of an industrial park was predicted by using the WRF-CMAQ model, and the improvement measures were put forward according to the predicted results.
