Abstract：The traditional pressure filter has the problem of insufficient stiffness and strength of strength in actual production. Combined with the actual situation of domestic pressure filter, a new type of pressure filter is designed based on the BHS fixed plate pressure filter in Germany. ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the support ring and support rib in improving the strength and stiffness of the filter plate, and the reasonable filter plate structure is obtained.
