Abstract: In order to solve the problem of waste of clean coal caused by doping clean coal in dense medium cyclone in Shaping Coal Washing Plant, the causes of clean coal in coal belt of dense medium cyclone are studied, and how structural parameters and process parameters affect the separation effect of dense medium cyclone are analyzed. The density difference and range difference under different combinations were verified by orthogonal test, and the key structural parameters of the heavy medium cyclone corresponding to the optimal separation effect were obtained, and the online detection function of the heavy medium cyclone system was realized. The sorting effect of the improved dense medium cyclone was verified, indicating that the application effect was good.
