Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex working procedure, high operation risk and low work efficiency in the process of transfer loader pulling and transferring, heavy tail pulling and leveling operation in raw coal transportation of fully mechanized mining face, taking Xingdong Mine as an example, the self-transfer loader and heavy tail leveling device are designed and studied. By transforming and reducing the friction force at the crusher, installing the jack to reduce the pressure of the loader body acting on the tail of the heavy machine, boosting the tail of the loader by the end support to realize the‘forward pull and backward push’self-moving of the loader, and designing and installing the front pull device of the tail of the heavy machine at the front end of the tail of the heavy machine, the alternating forward movement of the tail of the heavy machine and the pull device is realized, and the safe and efficient mining of coal mines is realized.
