The solid filling working face was taken as the background, the change law of overburden stress and displacement during solid filling mining was analyzed using similar material simulation and numerical simulation methods. The results showed that the stress concentration phenomenon of the filling working face increased first and then decreases, while the displacement increased slowly but the overall value was small. Based on the experimental results, a spatial and temporal evolution model of overburden stress-displacement was established and the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of overburden stress and displacement in the process of infill mining were analyzed. Finally, the industrial practice of solid filling in Xingtai Mine was used as a case study for analysis and verification.
