In view of the difficulties in adjusting the existing rear truss of the transfer belt machine after coal mining operation, which seriously affected the efficiency of coal mining-filling cycle operation, it was found that the main problem lied in the adjustment of the transfer belt truss and the overlap with the rear gangue filling scraper conveyor through on-site observation. According to the site conditions, the hanging point of the truss was modified by changing the position of the hanging point and adding a jack so that the hanging point at the end of the machine could be moved horizontally in the direction of belt operation and the hanging point at the front could be moved horizontally in the direction of vertical belt operation. At the same time, the central stress concentration point of the truss was reinforced, so as to improve the filling efficiency.
