In order to prevent and control coal and gas outburst accident,the regulation on prevention and control of coal and gas outburst which issued in 2019, required the establishment of specific outburst prediction indexes and critical values for outburst mines.Based on the field tracking and investigation of the predictive indicator data, the change curve of initial gas gushing velocity q and cuttings quantity index S, cuttings quantity desorption index K1 and cuttings desorption index of borehole △h2 at 11040 upper roadway, 12090 working face, 12140 track and 12150 working face of Yi 'an mine were analyzed , and finally the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis was adopted to determine the outburst prediction sensitive index, and determine the critical value of sensitive index by "three rate" analysis method, q and △h2 can be used as the main sensitive indicators; At the same time, S or K1 were suggested as auxiliary sensitive indicators. The critical values were q=5.0 L/min, △h2=200 Pa, S=6 kg/m, K1=0.5 mL/ (g·min1/2). It can be used as a reference for the actual outburst prevention work of the coal seam in the mine.
