Through the research and application of comprehensive fire prevention and control technology, such as equal air volume equalization control, beam tube monitoring, old pond infusion yellow mud slurry and goaf injection inhibitor, the development trend of controlling natural fire in goaf was achieved. The innovative use of managed nitrogen injection and segmented yellow mud grouting got good fire extinguishing effect and saved material cost.
