In the process of coal slurry water treatment in coal preparation plant, the agent adding system can only complete the automatic control of a single additive link. The two agent adding systems operate independently with large consumption of agents and low treatment efficiency. Aiming at this problem, a coal slime water treatment system capable of synergistic addition of agents was designed, and a collaborative fuzzy control strategy was introduced, a collaborative fuzzy expert control system was designed to compensate and optimize the amount of the subsystem of agent addition, with the concentration of overflow of the concentrator and the feedback of dewatering effect of the filter press as input. The practice showed that the system realized the combined addition of coagulant ( polymerization aluminum chloride PAC ) and flocculant ( polyacrylamide PAM ) of the filter press, which effectively reduced the consumption of the agent and improved the efficiency of coal slurry treatment.
