In order to effectively reduce the dust from belt conveyor transfer point in mine and meet the requirements of the state, the transfer point in coal mine should adopt automatic spray dust removal. According to the principle that the higher the pressure, the higher the water yield, a mechanical automatic spray device was studied. The mechanical automatic spray device of the reshipment point was installed at the back 5 m of the machine head of the belt conveyor, between the upper and lower tape, connected by the soft rubber pipe, and the placement of the spray nozzle was directly opposite to the coal drop point of the belt conveyor. Under the action of gravity, the upper rubber belt of the belt conveyor pressed down on the automatic spray connection device. The degree of water valve opened by the connecting device was directly proportional to the pressure range. When the amount of belt coal in the upper part of the belt conveyor increases, the spray water amount of the head of the conveyor increased accordingly, which can fully catch coal dust and effectively reduce the dust of the coal drop point. The results showed that mechanical automatic spray device of reshipment point can meet the requirements of effective dust removal and automatic spray.
