In order to realize the main transportation get-through of 2104 working face in Taitou Qianwan Mine, based on the geological data of the working face, the get-through measurement was optimized, the error analysis of gyro directional side measurement was conducted, the result showed that the estimated error of the coordinate origin K in the axial direction when measuring the gyro edge was 0.168 m. The construction was carried out in accordance with the penetration scheme of the two gyro directional edges added to measure, which can meet the precision required by the project.
