In the operation process of the amino acid refining control device, the excessive or less acid addition in the manual control valve affects the product recovery rate, and because strong acid is in the high slot, the construction cost is increased, and there are safety risks. An intelligent acid adding device for refining amino acid products was invented. The device consists of a sensing device, a management system, a conveying device, a refined amino acid device, and an acid storage device. The sensor includes a pH sensor for real-time monitoring of the pH value of the solution in the refined vessel, a temperature sensor for real-time monitoring of the solution temperature, and a volume sensor for volume detection in the refined vessel.The input and output terminals of the management system are respectively connected with the sensing device and conveying device. The conveying device consists of a pump that can accurately control the flow of water, such as a peristaltic pump, a diaphragm pump or a plunger pump, etc.. The conveying device is installed between an acid storage device and a refined amino acid device and connected by an acid resistance pipeline. The system can realize automatic control of acid addition process of refined amino acid products.
