In order to research influence degree of boiler materials on bioler limescale generation in the heating process of water. Through the contrast experiment of alloy material and common material, fitting different parameters related to limescale, the variation laws of bioler water in the heating process were obtained. The results show that declining range of the hardness of circle water has reduced in the alloy materials, Ca and Mg are existed in the water in the state of ion; the steam consumption is obviously increased, heat production is higher, energy loss is lower, limescale generation is less by alloy handing. Higher electric potential difference filed was formed by high content Cu-Zn alloy. The scaling materials are electrolyzed into cation and anion, and formed stable compounds, thereby avoiding to form scale.
