污泥有机质对热解反应动力学的影响研究

Study on sludge organic matter influence to pyrogenic reaction kinetics

摘要 本文利用热重分析法研究了两种有机质差异显著的污泥在不同升温速率下的热解特性,并建立了热解反应动力学模型,计算了污泥热解反应动力学参数。研究发现,污泥热解包含3个主要阶段,分别为水分析出、挥发分析出和矿物盐与焦炭分解阶段,其中挥发分析出阶段是污泥的主要失重阶段,失重量约占75%,大量的有机质在该阶段裂解。同时发现高升温速率能提高污泥活化能和指前因子。高有机质含量污泥的热解反应活化能和指前因子小于低有机质含量污泥,热解反应易进行、转化率高,有利于污泥的无害化和资源化利用。

Abstract :pyrolysis characteristic of sludge under different heating rates was studied with thermogravimetric analysis, pyrolytic reaction kinetics model was set, Kinetic parameters of sludge pyrolysis reaction was calculated. The study showed that sludge pyrolysis included water precipitation, Volatile analysis and mineral salt and coke decomposition phase, volatilization with Mineral salts and coke, volatile de-volatilization was important the zero-g period of sludge, with 75% mass loss, a large amount of organic matter cleaved at this stage. High heating rate enabled to improve activation energy of sludge and predisposing factors, high organic matter content of sludge pyrolysis reaction activation energy refers to the former factor, is less than the low organic matter content in the sludge, with easy pyrolysis reaction, high conversion rate, harmless and resource utilization of sludge.
