厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的分析方法

摘要

厚朴（ Magnolia ）是常用的传统中药，可用于治疗器官性疾病。厚朴酚与和厚朴酚是厚朴的主要成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡等作用。介绍了目前藿香正气、香砂养胃丸、益视颗粒等中药制剂中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的分析方法，提出建立厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的分析方法，对其在临床研究及应用具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract：

Magnolia is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine that can be used to treat organ diseases. Magnolol and honkiol are the main components of magnolia that have anti- inflammatory, anti-oxidative, antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-ulcer and so on. The analytical methods for determining magnolol and honkiol in traditional Chinese medicine preparations which are Huo-xiang-zheng-qi, Xiang-sha-yang-wei-wan and Yi-shi-ke-li and so on were introduced. It is put forword that it has very important significance the analytical methods for determining magnolol and honkiol for clinical rearch and application.
