In order to solve the shortages of traditional pump group monitoring system, such as poor real-time ability and tedious wiring, it was proposed to use ZigBee technology to carry out the network of multiple heat medium circulating pump. By means of vibration and temperature sensor, the bearing parts of the heat medium circulating pump motor were monitored wirelessly. At the same time, the hardware and software of the system were designed. ZigBee wireless data terminal was selected for networking, wireless connection between sensor and computer was realized, and real time parameter display of monitoring system was realized by programming with LabView software. The system can realize data record and alarm. Through the field experiment, the vibration error of the system is within 3%, and the temperature error is within 5%. The transmission of the system range can reach up to 200 meters. The safety and extensibility of the monitoring system of heat medium circulating pump were improved , and the power consumption and system construction cost were reduced.
