以当前应用较广的重介质洗煤工艺及过程为研究背景,详细介绍了重介质洗煤的工作原理和工艺过程,对重介质洗煤过程中关键量进行说明,并对关键参数测控原理进行介绍。然后对重介质洗选煤过程运行状态进行数据建模,以便后续对运行状态进行评价,最后运用核全潜结构投影法( T - KPLS )对重介质洗煤运行状态进行评价,以便对重介质洗选煤工艺或过程量进行调整。
Based on widely used heavy medium coal washing technology and its process, working principles and craft process of heavy medium coal washing were introduced in detail. Meanwhile, key quantities in the process as well as key parameter measurements and control principles were described. Then, data model of washing process in dense medium was set up, which was convenient to evaluate its following running state. At last, the nuclear submerged structure projection ( T - KPLS ) method was used to evaluate operation state of heavy medium coal washing in order to adjust washing process or process quantity of heavy medium.
