Based on adverse geological conditions existing in roadway tunneling, such as fracture zone, soft interlayer, fault water and goaf etc, which brought huge influence to the coal mine production safety.Therefore, it was necessary to make advanced prediction and forecast. Related design was made in advanced borehole drilling with improved relevant parameters of production pratise. From the advanced drill in the coal mine production examples we can see that if the top and bottom of advanced drilling could be arranged properly in the two aspects of plane and profile, it was a very good way to drainage the roof water or goaf water, which could avoid the water inrush accident caused by tunnel directly exposing the aquifer or break through fault waterproof coal pillar effectively, At the same time, reasonable arrangement of advance pre grouting drill was the premise to ensure driving security.
