With the increasingly serious situation of prevention and control of mine water, the pre-drilling as an important means of mine disaster prevention, drilling engineering increasing year by year, due to drilling hole accidents under complicated geological conditions in horizontal drilling process, the influence of drilling construction of internal and external causes were analyzed one by one, and the corresponding measures to ensure the safety of construction of nearly horizontal drilling under complicated geological conditions were given to improve drilling efficiency.
