Based on the irregular shutdown of crushed coal pressure gasifier problem, in order to improve online rate of gasifier and extend gasifier operating cycle, two graphs and two tables quality management was applied to analyze and study the restricted factors of gasifier operating cycle, with corresponding measures, improved the operation of gasifier and realized its long cycle operation.
