With the increasingly mining depth of Guandi Mine, mechanization level of coal seam mining has developed, the requirement of new type of fully mechanized equipment to the sized of section is more and more strict, how to make cut eye once becomes the one of the main problem for Guandi Mine, the cut eye section of 3318 fully mechanized working face under goaf was taken as example, roadway section support parameters were designed used FLAC3D numerical simulation, the result of research and monitoring on site showed that anchor wire rope + steel belt combined support technology could meet the demands of medium cut eye section support.
