Based on the high energy consumption, mechanical wear and tear and work environment deterioration problem in main shaft hoister main loop of the motor adopting constant flux mode excitation, weak magnetic control mode was adopted, weak magnetic parameters, current transformer given way and system of communications were altered, which reduced the field current, saved electric energy, improved the working environment, alleviated mechanical injury of main motor cooling fan and converter blower bearings and prolonged equipment life.
