n order to solve the effective support of crushed surrounding rock of roadway in mine and the high repair rate problem, based on the second panel main transportation roadway 2013 roadway of Chengzhuang Mine belongs to broken soft rock roadway after influenced by mining, prone to deformation damage, through the analysis of roadway anchor reinforcement and damage theory, according to the specific production conditions of surrounding rock in roadway, rework was conducted to the roadway, including slope expanding, roof ripping, roadway wall behind surrounding rock grouting strengthening, the design, construction technology, supporting technology parameters, etc. were discussed. Mine production practice showed that anchor injection parameter design effectively controled roadway deformation and achieved remarkable effect.
