The characteristics and present situation of bioenergy were analyzed, and the inherent connection between the development of bioenergy and the circular economy as well as the necessity of establishing the technology system of bioenergy were stated. The strategy and some suggestions for the development of bioenergy in the theory of circular economy were proposed,thereby providing the policy theory support for the healthy development of bioenergy industry in Hebei Province.
