Based on the practical application of deep hole blasting technology in terms of rock fracturing, 1432(1)working face of Dingji Mine was taken as engineering background, deep hole pre-fracture blasting technology forced top caving effect in working face gas control was experimented. Working face gas emission quantity before and after deep hole pre-fracture blasting top caving were compared, the result showed that after construction blasting hole, working face gas concentration in wind increased by 44%, gas quantity in wind increased by 58%, which indicated that deep hole pre-fracture blasting technology had good effect on working face gas control.
