The catalytic synthesis process of acetaminophen by HY zeolite was studied,the reaction conditions, such as the molar ratio of the reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of catalyst were optimized,and the obtained,and the best conditions were the molar ratio of p-aminophenol and acetic acid was 1∶10, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the reaction time was 5 h and the catalyst amount was 1.5%. The conversion yield of p-aminophenol was 92.05% in best conditions,the HY zeolite had good stability in the reaction.
