In view of the existing problems of the original employee safety training system ,including the manual input information to deviation, maintaining all the data, no monitoring function, no warning on the staff training，the new staff training monitoring system was developed ,which adopted C#.net technology and the B/S structure used in the input, management and query of the data. The characteristics, main functions, implementation effects of the system were introduced. It was pointed out that the system had the characteristics of reducing the input link of maintenance data, realizing the real-time monitoring of staff training, making the training more systematization, standardization, refinement, thereby laying the foundation for the enterprise to achieve safety production.
