In order to control construction investment of Jiangcang No. 1 project, according to the inherent logic of mine construction, combined with local plateau alpine objective environment, investment as the center was taken, control project cost from the design stage, construction stage control expenses, focusing on project design was explored, project construction as the main line, centered on investment control of the basic framework of capital controls, project construction investment goal was achieved.
