The aqueous polymers used in finishing disposable glove are some non allergic elastic polymer materials，which are with water as dispersion medium，no pollution to the environment，and no influencement on the physical and mechanical properties of the gloves,adhesion is good or bad and polymer film gloves quality in gloves strength inseparable.The mechanism and meaning of no powder polymer coating adhesion in gloves were expounded, and the several ways to increase the adhesion of coatings were discussed with hydrocarbon surfactants and fluorocarbon surfactants.To reduce the surface tension of polymer coatings，compound and inorganic matter，reduce the solvent coating in the drying process of volatile，reduce the coating thickness, add the appropriate pigment。
