In most of the factories, the methods of calcium carbonate production are intermittent carbonization and thickening, but this method cannot guarantee the quality of the product. In order to change this situation, we may use the method of continuous carbonization and automatic thickening, which can improve the product quality and the operating environment, reduce the labor intensity. The new method can realize automatic and continuous operation, using DCS system. It could be a qualitative leap in the calcium carbonate production.
