The energy consumption and waste heat are all the highest in gasification process of synthetic ammonia  production, so it was the most effective way reducing the comprehensive energy consumption and production cost  of production production which were reducing the coal consumption, steam consumption, power consumption and doing heat recovery well of. Atmospheric pressure fixed bed intermittent gasification technology was adopted in the gasification process by China's numerous small chemical fertilizer enterprises. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, many the existing process and control scheme were innovated,so the purpose of energy saving was achieved.Several key factors of saving energy and reducing consumption and optimization measures were introduced.
