Simulation Research on Settlement Regularity of Water Mist in Gas Pipe

Based on the numerical analysis method, the influence of the nozzle Angle and arrangement of water mist particle on the uniform length and pressure changes was studied in the gas pipeline, and the best installation Angle and arrangement form of nozzles were acquired for the explosion suppression effect controlled. The results show that in the same conditions of the gas flow velocity , for 0 ° installation and arrangement in the pipeline center of the nozzle, the uniform length of fine water mist in the pipe of is bigger,and the pressure drop is lesser, transport energy consumption is lesser, and explosion suppression effect controlled is better.
