The feasibility of implementation of ISO14064 GHG(green house gas) emission in Chinese enterprise was discussed. The defination of ISO14064 GHG emission was introduced.The background and significance of implementation of the standand was analyzed from some aspects, the international and domestic demands, the policys and action,the pressure and chance for enterprises. The important fuction of ISO14064 for enterprise was shown in increasing income from carbon trade, buliding up a good social responsibility, replying to the ineternatioal and domestic emisssion policy,avoiding the risk of carbon tax. The excuting risk of ISO14064 was evaluated.
