For new slime conduction type indirect dryer system and equipment in the practical application of carriage fracture, small capacity of screw feeder, large load spiral dryer and cloth and conveyor liner wear problem, through technical analysis, adopting the balance force, increasing support and reducing the coal carriage blanking distance measures were taken, which ensured the effective protection of the system and equipment stability.
