Based on coal mine equipment by reason of large load, poor working conditions leading to problems such as high failure rate, unplanned downtime losses, coal mining level professional lubrication oil analysis laboratory was set up, through conventional physical and chemical index analysis and ferrographic wear particle analysis technology such as regular inspection equipment in use of lubricant, which achieved early forecast lubricant degradation, lubricant pollution and components abnormal wear and tear, measures were taken to prevent accidents, reduce outage losses. Meanwhile, in view of coal mine production of serious environmental pollution problems, coal mine equipment of oil pollution control and clean technology were studied to prolong the service life of the lubricating oil. Dedicated coal mine equipment lubrication management system implemented lubrication database information management.
