Abstract With the continuous development of bolt support technology, the problem of increasing support equipment and support cost is highlighted. In view of this, a new type of end-anchored recoverable anchor rod is proposed, and the structural design and processing of the recoverable anchor rod are introduced. The tensile failure test and analysis of the designed recoverable anchor rod were carried out in the laboratory, and the engineering practice was carried out in the 7509 return air roadway excavation roadway of Wuyang Coal Mine. The test and practice show that the designed new end-anchored recoverable bolt can meet the requirements of roadway surrounding rock control, and has high practical and economic value.
