| Lightweight design analysis of cutting reducer of roadheader |

| The lightweight design of the cutting reducer of EBZ200 roadheader in Wangyun Coal Mine is carried out. According to the empirical design method, the structural parameters of the sun gear, planet and inner ring of the cutting reducer are adjusted. In order to verify the feasibility of the lightweight design of the roadheader cutting reducer, the finite element simulation analysis of the planetary mechanism and the planet carrier after the parameter optimization and adjustment is carried out respectively. The results show that the adjusted planetary mechanism and the planet carrier can meet the safety production requirements of the EBZ200 roadheader in Wangyun Coal Mine. The weight of the roadheader cutting reducer is reduced by 11 %, which reduces the manufacturing cost of the reducer and achieves the design purpose. |
