Abstract In view of the problem of exposing the secondary roof fall area of the collapse column and blocking the main ventilation section in the renovation construction of the total return airway of the coal mine, the filling technology scheme of pre-installing the skeleton of the false roof protection network was adopted in Jinda Mine. By using the reasonable parameter matching of the two grouting materials of filling and reinforcement and the performance advantages of sub-regional and sub-stratigraphic use, the perfect matching with special geological conditions was realized, and the best use effect of grouting materials was brought into play. The combined application of high-power, high-speed pneumatic drilling tools, special grouting drill pipes and super-large displacement, low-pressure pneumatic grouting pumps provided a reliable guarantee for the rapid filling construction of one-time hole-forming and large-volume cavity areas, and shortened the filling process time. It provided a complete set of technical support system of grouting materials, drilling and grouting equipment and construction technology for emergency cut-through construction of caving zone under similar special geological conditions.
