Abstract In order to ensure the effectiveness of outburst prevention measures in pre pumped coal seam gas area and increase the effect of pre pumped coal seam gas, the effect of hole sealing will directly affect the extraction effect. The method of “two sealing and one grouting” was adopted in Dashucun Mine of Jizhong energy Fengfeng Group, but the cost of drilling and sealing was high. To solve this problem, the method of sealing and grouting with "ordinary cement and fly ash" grouting material was studied. On the premise of the original pumping effect unchanged, the sealing effect was good, the cost was reduced and the environment was protected.
