Abstract Granular urea as raw material to produce diesel exhaust treatment fluid, in the low temperature region using sediment problems, based on the research of the urea production technology and test analysis, found the cause of sediment, urea granulation production evaporation by-products produced by the biuret, such as when the byproduct of granular urea content on the high side, encounter will precipitate at low temperature, and the precipitation reaction irreversible; Through further experiments, it is determined that when solid urea is used as raw material to produce diesel vehicle tail gas treatment liquid, the biuret used as raw material of granular urea is lower than 0.80%, which is the key index of no precipitates in the production tail gas treatment liquid. At present, this index has been adopted by most manufacturers who produce diesel vehicle tail gas treatment liquid with particulate urea.
